The California-Engels Mining Company (CAEN) announces the retirement of M. Blair Ogden as Company

Secretary and Board Secretary, effective February 28, 2026. Mr. Ogden has served our company from 2006

to 2026. The company expresses its sincere appreciation for his many years of dedicated service and advice.

We wish Mr. Ogden success in his next and continuing adventures.

Effective March 1, 2026, the Board of Directors of California-Engels Mining Company has appointed

Dayle Buchman as Company Secretary and Board Secretary. Dayle is the daughter of Richard Poulton,

who currently serves on the Board of Directors. Ms. Buchman has deep roots in Northern California,

where she continues to reside. Ms. Buchman holds a BA in Business Administration from the California

State University of Sacramento. She currently is an insurance broker specializing in employee health and

life benefits with 33 years of experience. Ms. Buchman brings a robust set of skills in organization,

communications, leadership, and management that will be valuable assets to our organization.
