Effective May 21, 2026, the Board of Directors of California-Engels Mining Company is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Morris to the Board of Directors. 

Mr. Morris brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, strategic communication, management, sales, business negotiation, and entrepreneurship. The Board is confident that his qualifications and professional expertise will contribute to the Company’s long-term strategic objectives and corporate governance.
